This is a meditation training course for everyone. Even if they have never heard this word before.

Thanks to it, a person can find the same wisdom and versatility within himself. He learns to quickly and effectively answer any question in his life with the help of what was revealed to him in meditation.

Some people think that the call to improve the situation in the world through meditation is about passivity, to sit on the couch, meditate and do nothing. It is not about that. The message is that with a clear mind and positive emotions, our actions can be more effective. No need to fuss, it is better to work with your intellect and intuition that will increase the effectiveness of your actions. Meditation develops intelligence that is why it is useful for both an individual person and for the whole world as well.

How does this project affect people and the world?
Everyone who has reached some understanding and self-confidence in meditation, wants to make the world a better place.

But what does it mean "to make the world a better place"? Meditation allows everyone to find answers to these questions, to have some progress in their own lives and to act as benevolently as possible.

The first videos about meditation were filmed unprofessionally and without any expectations. But they turned out very useful. The audience asked questions, asked to hold offline events with practices and to record new videos.

They left hundreds of comments and waited for an answer. With efforts of 2-3 people, it became impossible to lead the project, so we started to make a team.


At the beginning in the team there were only volunteers. They wanted to do something good for the project. But their help was not enough and we needed specialists in programming, design and many others.

"Meditationsteps" is a non-commercial project, all educational materials are free and available for everyone.

That is why we asked subscribers for support and with their donations we were able to attract professionals to the team. Thanks to this, two years ago we launched and are constantly developing the mobile application and improving the course itself.

In the near future we are planning to release a detailed introduction to meditation, which will precede the current Basic Course. So that those who have never even heard of such a word could do meditation.
To date, the second version of the Basic Meditation Course has already been released. There is the technique of meditation, visual animation, a beautiful picture and all the practices that help a beginner to meditate.

But this course is easier for those who have at least some idea of meditation or who regularly watch our YouTube channel. Or who have sufficient patience and determination.
